Instant Message

Instant Message is a WooCommerce plugin that allows you to send WhatsApp messages directly from the order dashboard.

This plugin enables faster and more efficient communication with customers, improves the overall customer experience, and increases the potential for conversions and repeat orders.

Installation

Please first download the plugin you have purchased from your account page. Then upload it to your website by navigating to:

Plugins > Add New Plugin > Upload Plugin > Choose File > Install Now.

Once the installation is complete, click Activate for the Instant Message plugin on the Plugins page.

Once activated, go to Plugins > Installed Plugins > Instant Message > License. Then, enter the license key you received after purchasing the plugin.

Basic Settings

There are several basic settings available here, including:

Popup Mode

• Normal: This mode displays detailed information about the order and customer.
• Fast: This mode skips the detailed order and customer info, allowing quicker interaction with the instant message feature.

Popup Width

• Small: Small popup size
• Medium: Medium/standard popup size
• Large: Large popup size

Current Message

• Save current message: Saves the message template just sent to a specific customer.
• Reset after sending: Clears the recently sent message template so that it’s blank for the next customer.

Whatsapp API Provider

For sending WhatsApp messages, the Instant Message plugin requires integration with an external API service. The supported API services are:

• Onesender
• Fonnte (free 1,000 messages/month provided by Fonnte)
• Lunarsender
• Starsender
• Maytapi

Update

To update the plugin, go to the Plugins menu and locate the Instant Message plugin. If an update is available, simply click Update Now as shown in the image below.
